Another episode in the “You Can’t Make This Up” Cavalcade. How is he Scottish? If I lived in Scotland, I’d be as Scottish as a Muppet. I could live there for aeons, and I still wouldn’t be Scottish. It’s an accident of geography, just like Huma Yousaf, who is an accident of notoriety.
